What happens if I forget my username/password?

ANSWER: to reset your username/password  you will need to:
  1. Go to the Sonoran Arts league website
  2. Click on “MEMBER LOG IN”, on the top right of the home page leaving username and password blank
  3. Click on Forgot your password? Click here!
  4. Enter your email address on the next screen
  5. The following screen will appear:
“Password Request
A password-reset link with instructions has been sent to your email address on file.

NOTE: the link is valid only for the next 3 hours.”
  1. Note you have 3 hours to respond to the email sent to you.
  2. The email sent to you is as follows:
     
    “To reset your password, click on the link below...

    www.sonoranartsleague.org

        (If the link above does not work, you may need to copy-and-paste it into your favorite browser)
 

          You will then be asked to enter your assigned username (included below), and the new password you             would like to use.
 
Assigned Username:  [Your User Name]
 
NOTE: the link is valid only for the next 3 hours.”


 How to I change my username/password?

ANSWER: To change your username and/or password you will need to:

  1. Log in as a member
  2. Go to the My Membership Information...
  3. Select   change Username/Password
  4. You can change you username and/or password

How do I access the member’s only area?

ANSWER: You will need to login as a member from the Sonoran Arts Leaguer main webpage. If you forget your username and/or password you can request an email of your username/password. Simply try to log in without any username or password and you will be prompted for your email address. See "What happens if I forget my username/password."

What features are available to members only?

ANSWER: There are two areas within the member’s only area:
  1. My Membership Information which allows members to:
    1. Change Contact/Profile Info
    2. Upload/Change Photo
    3. Manage Member Photo Gallery
    4. Change Username/Password
    5. Upload/Change My Documents
  2. General Members Area with the following features/function:
    1. Member Directory - search the member directory
    2. File Archive – view League documents
    3. Photo Album - view the League photo album
    4. Member Photo Albums-  Photo albums submitted by members
    5. Online Store - shop at the League store
    6. Event Registration - register and pay fees for upcoming conferences or events
    7. Calendar of Events - view upcoming events
    8. Projects/Committees - sign-up to participate in a project/committee (2)
    9. Message Boards - join ongoing discussions
    10. Surveys - participate in online surveys

What are my privacy settings and can I change them?

ANSWER: The following privacy settings are available. You can change them in your membership profile by selecting Change Contact/Profile Info in  the members only area. You can allow your information to be avaible to the public by removing the selection of the appropriate privacy setting box.

How to I upload or change/delete photos to my member area?

ANSWER: To upload and manage your member area photos you will need to:
  1. Log on as a member
  2. Go to the My Membership Information...
  3. Select   Manage Member Photo Gallery
  4. You can then add, delete or change your personal art photos here
    1. "Add New Photo at Top"- Uploads the photo at the top of the gallery
    2. "Add New Photo at Bottom"- Uploads the photo at the bottom of the gallery
Enter a title, enter a caption, click ‘Choose File’ to locate the photo and click ‘Submit’.  Please wait for the upload process to complete. Once it completes the upload you can continue to upload additional photos and/or make changes.  Click on the photos and drag and drop them to change the order in which they appear.

NOTE: You can have up to 10 photos in your photo area.

How do I upload a photo of myself?
  1. Log on as a member
  2. Go to the My Membership Information...
  3. Select Add/Change Photo

What is the difference between “Upload/Change Photo” and “ Manage Member Photo Gallery”?

ANSWER:
  • Upload/Changed Photo. This allows to upload or change your personal photo – it’s a photo of you, the artist
  • Manage Member Photo Gallery. This allows you to upload and manage photos of your art. You are allowed to upload 10 photos.
How does the new feature Message Board work?

The new website contains a feature called “Message Boards” in place of the old system’s Memberlink. With the new Message Boards feature you have much greater control over what e-mails you would like to receive (if any) as well as options as to how often you receive them.

Jenifer Hanscom, who has volunteered to run the Message Board for the League, has provideed an excellent introduction to how the new Message Board works. Click here to go to members area:
  • Select Message Board
  • Click on ABC’s of Message Board. Please read the two topics titled Welcome! and Overview of How it Works.

How do I get information on the Volunteer Policy and volunteer procedures?

ANSWER:

  1. Log on as a member
  2. Go to the My Membership Information...
  3. Click on the File Archive
  4. Click on the Volunteer Documents
  5. Select the document you want to read
  6. Alternatively you can click here
